Editable Vocabulary Worksheets (Flash Giveaway!)

04.22.2013 by Jessica Kings //

I love to introduce my students to advanced vocabulary, but some Tier 2 and Tier 3 words can be hard for them to grasp!  I decided to come up with a worksheet to help my students learn some of the more advanced vocabulary to go along with each of our units.  Since everyone’s lesson plans/vocabulary words always seem to differ, I figured I’d offer this item as an editable template!

This item includes two templates… just input your word and definition and have your students practice using their new vocabulary words!
These “superstar” themed vocabulary worksheets have only the clipart
locked down… everything else is editable! Change the vocabulary words
and definitions to the ones you are working on in class, and even use
your favorite font!

Click the picture below to see the item on TPT!

Win this template right now by guessing which TV show I am watching right now!  I’ll give you one hint only… it’s live on TV, not on DVR!

Just think of English vocabulary as the bricks of the language, and to help you build up your vocabulary https://vocabmonk.com brings up a thematic learning approach which will help you to learn new words with the use of pictures giving you better understanding of the word.
